I thought it strange I could have been to Cairns several times without seeing this species, but then I was going back through some old, unused photos and found two photos of a dart I had not identified. I noticed that the butterfly looked identical to the Yellow Palm Dart in "Australian Tropical Butterflies" by Peter Valentine, Clifford & Dawn Firth.
