Other Common Names Cape York Pearl-white There were several of these butterflies at the side of the road near the Edmonton boat ramp in April 2011; they were flying around the Capparis plants and feeding from flowers in the undergrowth. The ID was made easier by the fact that one of the butterflies happened to take off as I tried to get a photo, with the result that the upperside can be seen almost entirely, if somewhat blurred. This was very fortunate, as I didn't see any of them sit with their wings open. Sightings Edmonton boat ramp, Qld - April 2011
