This species is only found in a few spots along the SW coast of Western Australia. There were a few of them on the wing at Sugarloaf Rock near Cape Naturaliste. It's an exposed site, so the wind was strong (and quite cold) even on a day which was warm and pleasant elsewhere, but these butterflies countered that by keeping very low to the ground. Fortunately they landed quite often, and allowed themselves to be photographed.
