I mostly see these butterflies fluttering around at the edges of the rainforest, at the sides of paths and clearings. I find them rather difficult to photograph when they sit with their wings closed, because the sun tends to catch the white markings on the undersides, which over-exposes the shot. It would be nice to see more of these butterflies so I could get more practice at photographing them.
