Elodina padusa (Narrow-winged Pearl-white)

Notes

I saw several of these butterflies flying around some very small Capparis bushes at the side of the road near Felton South in Queensland (right about where Ross Field told me they would be – thanks Ross). Although their flight is weak, and they landed often, they weren’t cooperating much for photos. When they landed they quickly flew off again; even when laying an egg they were only still for a second. I therefore don’t have particularly good shots, but they all count…
